  Amora offers good value for money accomodation near the city with good old fashion service.
  I stayed at Amora for a night out in the city with friends.
  The hotel offered a weekend night stay with breakfast, parking and welcome drinks for $152! Not a bad deal at all. Room was very spacious, fresh and clean, and the bed was really comfy.
  The place has a bit of a Thai feel to it, which I quite enjoyed. The lobby and restaurant could come across a bit dated, but it's not unbearable.
  Breakfast was nothing fancy, but food was very tasty! The baked beans were very reach, and the mushrooms with a nice twist of soy & cream. And the service by the girls in the restaurant was really good.
  The hotel location is actually not as bad as it seems, with the tram at the front, and the river at their doorstep. The hotel even offers complimentary bikes if you feel like adventuring in the Yarra tracks.
  All and all, a good value for money proposition!

  Exactly what it said on the box. Boutique but not rubbish, comfortable common areas and solid size room. Didn't try too hard with the wifi but seemed you needed a password, probably was available for free though you'd need to check. Can't stand places where you have to pay for wifi. I also prefer places where the minibar is complimentary, this place is not one of those places. Located at the end of bridge road, it's not too far to walk to any tram stops. It's right around the corner from a great breakfast/lunch location "Lumberjack" and even closer is the "Mountain Goat Brewery" and a cool little pub called "The Royston". Overall great experiences and highly recommend considering this place to stay.
