    Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone . Claim for elastic for arm lymphodaema.

    The whole company is bad, been trying to cancel my policy for a month and a half, went in person, requested calls, sent emails. Nothing. They just want to rip you off. Will make sure to spread the word on the poor customer service.

    I have to visit three times for a Medibank claim at Victoria garden Melbourne branch.Its been more than 2 months the claim amount has not yet reached to me. Firstly the document was submitted at the branch after the Medibank Rep verified it. later i received a mail that the claim is rejected by Medibank because of some missed information in the document comes from medicare.Later post re-submission,i can see in the Medibank App (cover --> Claims activity) that the 'Medicare benefit' marked as' paid'. Where as actually i haven't received the claim amount. I have to send multiple mails to follow-up with the Representative to update my bank account and initiate the payment but all my mails in gmail are not being getting answered.Can i expect a call from Medibank to make me understand where is the issue and how i can receive my claim amount.
