  Richmond Motors really helped me get my car seen to and back on the road again promptly after an unexpected breakdown this week. They made all the arrangements for me and were very professional and courteous. I've trusted their professional service and reasonable pricing for many years and can highly recommend them.

  Called for a quote for a specific partjob, was told over the phone they couldn't give a quote without seeing the car, even though I had exact info for the job. Booked in, didn't let me know the fee for looking at the car until after it was done. Charged 200 to look under the car, didn't even check the oil for that much. Even for that amount, didn't provide an actual written quote for any of the work required. Then told me how the boss has loads of cash for motor X with the kids. If you are a rich white man with a car worth over 100k- these guys will love you. Working families looking for a fair and honest mechanic, look elsewhere. My family has lived in Richmond for over 130 years. These guys are not Richmond people.

  Positive Experience
  I'm not from Melbourne.
  Had a flat battery on Erin Street. Wandered down to Lennox Street. Spoke to a gentleman in the workshop (didnt get his name sorry) who promptly got the jump pack. Walked to my car in the rain and got my car going for me. When I asked how much do I owe he said no charge and have a nice day. Very friendly and can't thank you guys enough. As someone from the mechanical industry their workshop looked busy however very neat and tidy. If I were a local I'd have my car repairs done here.

  Friendly professionals. Can solve all problems even when not easy to do so. Always go above and beyond. Don’t overcharge and value for money is excellent. I would not give my luxury car to anyone else.

  Booked car in my BMW M2 for 50k service, as BMW were just so, so expensive!
  Haven’t used this Company before, but they service European vehicles & seemed really helpful when I stopped past to speak to last week.
  They were really good.
