  Greg at the front desk was very helpful and made payment and moving so convenient!
  The storage king itself is a bit hard to find but I'm overall very happy with my experience!

  DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. I attended my storage unit today in order to empty it, only to find it had been tampered with and all valuables stolen. Reception told me they noticed it was tampered with 2 months ago and I had been left a voicemail. A new lock was put on it and I was not provided with a new key.
  No such voicemail record and nothing in writing informing me of this. Due to elapsed time police have informed me I have no chance of recovering any of my valuables.
  
  There is no CCTV available now because of elapsed time and not being informed upon the date of noticing it was tampered.
  
  I don’t even have words to express how upset and disappointed I am by this. Your job is to keep my belongings secure, this has not been done! And who knows who else has been robbed and is waiting to find out?
  
  I hope to be fully compensated for this outstanding negligence on behalf of Storage King and their useless staff. I am sadly not hopeful judging by how terribly this has been managed to date.

  Very helpful friendly staff ! Easy access to a ground floor storage space . Only reservation is not open 24/7 and not on Sundays but understandable given it is a residential area .But happy with the process and the space !

  Extremely convenient as location if you live central and for the service, very friendly and professional. Lovely staff and the warehouse is top notch as in cleanliness, security and maintenance. I am very happy to have a storage lot in this venue. Thank you to all the staff at the Richmond warehouse. You made my move less stressful. Keep up the good work.

  Glenn at Storage King Richmond, was an absolute super star, he went above and beyond to help me with all my storage needs, he was very human in understanding how stressful moving can be and did everything to make sure I felt welcomed and helped along my storage journey. The process was enjoyable, seemless and very rewarding to know I was looked after and my belongings were safe in storage.
  I can't thank Glenn enough, he is the storage king legend.

  Everything that I expected plus friendly service from the site manager.
  Storage compartment was clean, trolley/cart available for moving things around and good access.
  Would use again.
