- Neil Hudson Added January 08, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently recommended this place however after a change of ownership, the staffing levels have been dramatically reduced and the wait times are ridiculous. Last time I waited 30 minutes in a queue with 4 other groups while one staff member was unable to cope with high levels of paperwork. Not sure how long the poor girl will stick around.
Next time I will look around before renting with thrifty again.
Six months ago:
I just switched from Budget after getting poor service and have been really happy after finding Thrifty Richmond. All staff are super efficient and friendly, I do not have to queue or wait for my pick up and the prices are very reasonable. - Tracee Pang Added January 05, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Service was good but administration errors ruined the experience.
- Was charged extra $250 because someone else called to extend my rental.
- Tax Invoice was sent to myself and one other person, car was under my name only (Talk about breach of privacy!) and the only thing the person could tell me was that someone along the line, the other email address was added.
