Worst dry cleaning experience of my life! I took my black Jacket in to be dry cleaned and when we picked it up it had a HUGE RED MARK on the collar (see photo below). In my opinion COMPLETELY RUINED AND UNWEARABLE. Tony Vamvakitis took no responsibility saying the jacket was in this condition when it arrived which is absolutely untrue. Tony Vamvakitis was rude and obnoxious and refused to give any compensation or an apology but instead tried to offend me by saying the jacket looked at least 3 years old anyway (I'm not sure how that is relevant). Save yourself the headache and the money and DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DRY CLEANER!
