- André Wilson Added January 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This dealership has gone downhill since it is no longer owned by the Zagame Automotive Group. I needed to book my car in for an assessment and played phone tag with the service manager Angelo for two business days, covering 6+ phone calls. I called back and left a message and then had to follow up again on the following business day as no one had returned my call. On the last call the receptionist just transferred me to a voicemail box with no message. I just gave up and booked the car in with Eastside Skoda who seemed to understand the basic concept of taking a phone call and booking an appointment to see me and my car. These are basic concepts that Richmond Skoda seems incapable of getting right. By the way still waiting for Angelo to call me back...
